I want to use my Radeon 7000 as the only display adapter on my system, 
and connect both my monitors to it.

Unfortunately, with no monitor attached, the %#$@$#^ Mac insists on 
using it's built-in video as the boot monitor and, of course, the 
*main* monitor. (even though the one attached to the Radeon is chosen 
in displays, and has the menu bar when a monitor is attached to the 
internal video)

How do you convince a G3DT to use the PCI video card as the only video 
source?
