You can get one for maybe $50 (check OWC) if its not a 133 board.
Problem is, if you switch your drive from the native motherboard ata bus to the pci ata bus, you need to reformat it due to the scsi emulation. One member of this list said that HDST (Hard Drive Speed Tools) offers a work around to reformatting in this situation. I'd probably want to back up the data first anyway.
