Hi, I have a G4 QuickSilver 2001 , with 1meg memory. I installed a new 30 g hard drive and then I had to reformat the original 40g harddrive. Since then I have problems with the cd player on system 10, it works OK on 9.2.2 but on Jaguar the cd's don't get mounted, and to eject them when I press "command E" it asks me for my password.then it coplies.
The cd is a Sony in System Profiler it shows as: Disc Burning----Fully supported Unit # ---------- 0 ATA Device-----Atapi Device Rev.-----2.2d Prod.
