Well yeah, in my opinion too. but I have a pair of 32 MB 64 pin SIMMs purchased from them about two years ago that exhibit those characteristics. One worked fine in a Q 630 the other crapped out in an LC III. I never asked for an exchange since I no longer use either machine and they were cheap as I recall.
