not at all, most modern electronics are cleaned with water at the 
plant.  pure water won't harm a thing.  i used to be a tech and have 
cleaned an awful lot of circuit boards with water, it's no problem at 
all as long as you let it dry completely.  on something low voltage 
like a mouse a little residual moisture will keep it from working but 
won't damage it, if it doesn't work just let it dry more.  do use 
distilled water though or you'll get water spots or in extreme cases 
some malfunction from mineral residue or aggressive water (some cities 
have awfully alkaline water these days).
