I wrote to the list recently re: problem of not being able to access a particular website that I need to access for my work. I looked in to having a mac tech person come out to my house, but they want $110--125/hr in Sacramento. ...I can not afford that at this time for my G3. I think what I really need is someone who is very familiar with the internet and preferences.
Anyway, my question is has anyone ever used any "over the phone" Mac tech support (aside from Apple)? If so, which one? The prices were considerably less than the in home support.
