I wrote to the list recently re: problem of not being able to access a
particular website that I need to access for my work. I looked in to
having a mac tech person come out to my house, but they want
$110--125/hr in Sacramento. ...I can not afford that at this time for my
G3. I think what I really need is someone who is very familiar with the
internet and preferences.

Anyway, my question is has anyone ever used any "over the phone" Mac
tech support (aside from Apple)? If so, which one? The prices were
considerably less than the in home support.
