Tina,

Your fix may be very simple.  I looked through the past posts and didn't see
mention if you had tried throwing away only your 'History' file which is in
the Explorer Prefs folder.  Try it.  The link gets corrupted and somehow
messes things up when merely trying to connect.   Throwing this away has
solved this very problem for me in the past.   May do the same for your
netscape situation as well.
