I used to be very satisfied with them, at least five times over. Then
I ordered a madsonline ac adapter for my powerbook because my second
yo-yo shorted out. It came loose in a box with no ac cord. I was made
promises for two weeks by people who didn't do anything. Ultimately I
sent it back, then an employee argued with me that it *didn't* come
with an ac cord and that I *got* exactly what I had ordered. Then he
checked with someone else and came back apologizing profusely. BBy
then I had enough and ordered it elsewhere.

Anyone can make a mistake, but they handled it in a slow,
unprofessional and discourteous fashion. Never again.
