I have had very good experience with OWC.  They have been helpful and prompt
whenever I have ordered.  They seem to stand behind their merchandise.  I plan to
use them in the future when I can afford more purchases.  Others on this board
seem to have been satisfied also.  Maybe you experience was an exception.
