I wish I could be of more help, as I mentioned before I had trouble upgrading my sons G3.
I don't have the pc133 memory in his it is only pc100 and it has a 256 and (2) 32's I only went up to 333mhz. I had originally planned on putting in a 400mhz zif but it wouldn't work no matter what I did with it, I couldn't even get a chime out of it. I am sure that you have already been told this but when you removed the old jumper was there any chance of a jumper falling out and laying there, as when I pulled his jumper cover off one of the jumpers had stuck to the pins and I thought I had pulled it out but later found it laying between the pins.
