You can get a Mac to VGA adapter. The most common type is a little plug
with 10 dipswitches. See eg <http://www.signamax.com/drivers/g301u.htm>.
They seem to be generic, the same instructions for every brand I've seen.
Mine cost about $7, from a place that sells computer cables and such.
