There is a red light on the logic board, does it light up? RAM can be 
where ever.

I believe that is a modem card, check your ports on the DP500.

Swapping processors in DAs is quick, you don't have to take anything 
apart but the heat sink and a couple screws I would try that first 
actually. I had a similar issues when I tried to put a 867 from a QS in 
a 466 G4. Never did get it to work, no clue why.
