------------------------------------------------- Ummm . . . money. A 100MHz jump can mean saving some bucks. Or a good interim solution while you're saving for a faster system. If you do it in small increments, there's not too much of a risk. Also for the thrill and experience of it. But then if you're not a gearhead, you probably wouldn't understand . . . .
