lol. I think it is to stop the flames about it being so slow, now they 
can say "Apple does not  recommend running iMovie on unsupported 
hardware yada yada"  On the main download page, they haven't increased 
the specs, just on SU.

Of course Final Cut Express doesn't require that....they want you to 
buy it!!!!

Thanks for the Ken Burns links, unless you like playing around in 
plists, iMovie is no fun for it.
