No it doesn't. That link it 6.02 (version 2)

I assume you have a mac internet connection? If yes,
goto software update, check the quicktime 6.1
installer, then goto a menu at the top you will see
that you can download the standalone installer to your
desktop.

If you loose connection it will resume where you left
off.
