If yours is a G4-PCI Graphics aka Yikes it's ATA33, if yours is a G4-AGP Graphics it's 
ATAT66.

Well yes should be fine. But if you really want to take advantage of the ATA133 I 
recommend buying an ATA 133 controller.

For Peter:
RMA the drive and ask for a replacment. Happened to me to with a 30GB Maxtor D Plus. 
Beep-click-beep. RMA-d it and got a 40 GB last year.
