I recently acquired a cheap (actually free) Bondi iMac. It was working great
for a while, and I planned to have it be an mp3/file server. The other day,
I ran the updater for 9.2.2 and when it finished and restarted it booted
into Open Firmware. I figured no big deal, do the OF resets (reset-nvram,
reset-all) and it should be fine. No go. Doesn't seem to want to reset the
nvram. Continues only to boot into OF. Oddly enough, it will boot to CD. I
have tried selecting the drive in Startup Disk, tried the 4-fingered salute
(for 10 restarts) and have checked it out with TTP (clean bill o' health, +
a TTP PRAM reset).

I've pretty much decided the only thing left is to just reinstall. Not
really a big deal either, but I figured I'd toss this one out and see if
anyone had other suggestions.

Thanks
