Also if you did the new SYS. Security install the other day it had a 
bug in it that if you log with you mouse it will not accept your 
password  but if you hit the return key it will take it . they did 
anther friday that fix this bug but I'm a little gun shy  to install it 
yet

My problem now is when I put the administrators name and password in 
to
access  the system prefs or to install software I get an  error 
message that
I entered the wrong name or password. I know I entered the correct 
data but
still I am denied access.
