I have the same problem with EVERY game from Aspyr since they released Jedi Knight II. Its a conflict with the ATI drivers and the Quake 3 engine that the games are based on. I never resolved it even with clean installs of 9.1, 9.2 the ATI Oct. 02 update. The only solution I found is to run the offending games in Jaguar. Its only the updated versions that run both in 9 and X. If anybody had this problem and solved it please let us know how. Aspyr's tech support was less than helpful.
