B&W is ATA-33, the WD HD is ATA-33/66/100 compatible so will run @
ATA-33 speed in the B&W. If you buy a PCI ATA controller such as a SIIG
with either ATA-66 or ATA-100/133 specs the HD can run at full speed.

Examples @ Other World Computing:

SIIG Ultra ATA/133 PCI Interface any PowerMac for $73.95:

Sonnet Tempo ATA/133 PCI Host Adapter Card w/Cable for $87.95:

Check this long URL to see all upgrades for the B&W @ OWC:

BTW not affiliated with OWC, just a FYI.

Marc
