Re; I think the ads for quartz are a bit misleading,osx jag should be 
fine in your machine,I had no trouble with it in an earlier 350 
sawtooth DVD's worked just fine,see how yours  works  first,then decide 
on what to do if anything about your card

Also, I have Jaguar ready to be installed, do I need a
better video card than the ATI Rage 128 Pro that can stock with the
machine? I'm running with 1.3GB RAM now. Any ideas or suggestions 
would
be appreicated.
Need, not absolutely (barring that I do not know about DVD playback on 
that video card under OSX, I do know that the Radeon does work for 
that). Like, well, yes, I like my my Radeon 7000 ME card a lot. It's 
expensive, and you can flash PC Radeon 7000 cards with the Mac roms, 
but they don't offer dual monitor support.
