CD-Rs for Burning

	I have read stuff about CD-Rs and how bad some are.  My 
personal experience reinforces the view that many of these no-name 
and other disks really really stink.  I have some older burners but I 
try to burn really slowly (1x-2x).  I am usually able to get newer 
computers to read them, but not stereos or Pre-2000 computers.  I try 
to find the better brands (cheap).
	Does anyone know where to get reliable CD-Rs?
