I sometimes fiddle with the compression check boxes in the Remote Access Options and toggling the box to the opposite of the current setting seems to allow connection.
My Quadra 800 only had problems occaisionally when something was "upgraded" at the ISP end, and my PC almost never has trouble connecting.
I recall this topic coming up previously here or perhaps at another forum, but I can't find the information from that discussion. Before I beat up on my ISP I thought I would throw myself on the mercy of this group. Any help appreciated.
