It looks like all we need is a way to tell Panther we have a USB pci card (make it look native) and everything might go just fine. This doesn't sound impossible but it may be more complicated.


OWC is working on a fix for the Beige G3 to handle Panther, just
as they came up with a fix to load 9.2 and 9.2.2 on pre G3's.  I
have 9.2.2 running on a 7600 and works great, thanks to Other
World Computing.
