No. There were only 3 G3 cases: 2 beige models (desktop and tower) and the B&W. The B&W (Yosemite logic board) had the fastest graphics of the lot, with a 66MHz PCI slot.

The first G4 model, btw, used a modified B&W logic board (Yikes) and had the same PCI graphics slot. The first AGP slot in a Mac appeared in the second G4 release (Sawtooth logic board, as some else pointed out). The Sawtooth logic board cannot be used in the cases designed for the Yikes and Yosemite boards.
