the video operates across a 100 MHz graphics bus. Curious.
The same document also makes mention of the PERCH slot, which is described as microchannel connector and a superset of PCI, although not accepting PCI cards. It also appears to be the case the the original iMac "mezzanine" slot was actually a PERCH slot. Evidently, the only thing officially supported was the A/V card for the beige; Apple said the 3rd part development of the spec wouldn't be supported.
