Are you running X it must be on the Master Drive 1st partition. Double Check your jumper settings, they must be set master slave don't use cable select. I have mine set master 40 gig 7200 Rpm OSX single partition, Slave 20 gig 7200 Rpm OS 9 single partition, SCSI 9 gig #1 OS 8.6 single partition SCSI 9 gig # 2 OS 8.5 But then I am just screwing around and will format them all when I get tired of the set up.
