Janice:
I had the same issue until I changed the pin in the back of the
CDRW to "Slave". After re-installing, check "Apple System
Profiler" Under Devices, open CD and see if the bottom line
reads "supported". If it does not say supported, then you will
have to try other methods. Check the iTunes Apple information
on their web site to make sure that this CDRW model is supported
by apple.
