Hi,

Start with extensions off, search for a file "xxxx.ps" - double-clicking the desktop printer will show it (without the .ps suffix) if you have desktop printers active -
Delete that .ps file, and then restart.


Sounds like a corrupt spool file which may possibly be due to a font your system's unhappy with, if it continues to occur.
