Len/Everyone, I have a Beige G3 DT. Will a ATA 133 card work for me?

Yes.

I have ATA 100 drives but will there be any difference in speed or do I need
to get a ATA 133 drive?

As usual in any "interlocked" protocol, the aggregate speed is determined by
the slowest participant.

If you install a UATA/133 card and a UATA/100 drive, you will get 100 MB/sec
if your machine's bus can support 100 MB/sec. But on a Beige, and probably a
B&W, the best you can get, in the aggregate, is about 66 MB/sec. Perhaps less.

What card will work with the Beige?

All.

But in a Beige, you're not going to see the maximum performance of the
UATA/133 card (nor would you see it with a UATA/100 card, either), but your Beige
can make use of the 48-bit LBA capability which is built into the UATA/133 card.

48-bit LBA capability is mandatory for support of more 137 GB, on drives
which are indeed larger than 137 GB.
