Thanks for the reply. Toast recognizes the small CD (CD Jr.?) as the proper
size of 210 MB. I tried to burn twice with my internal drive and both times
major crash but no burn.  :-)

Now my CD Burner is "Toast". Dead in the water. I am installing the original
CD 24X as I type this and it is working well so the CD Burner I guess is
fried.

I hear that Best Buy and some office stores are selling a Cendyne (sp?) CDRW
for pretty cheap and that they will work in a Beige G3. I guess I will now
go that route. Don't know if it was the CD Jr or the burner.
