I looked all around the Apple website for the download that Jaguar refers to
in the installation process. To make a long story short, I intalled Jaguar on
the 9GB and I can't even finish the installation, I suppose that I need an
upgrade for my SCSI PCI card that powers the 9GB (this is not the only problem
I've had with this drive and card, depending how many or which drives are
connected regardless of format (SCSI, IDE, etc) sometimes this drive or card stops
working until I change the arrangement it's crazy) never had that problem with
my 8500 as long as I used unique ID for each drive, I inquired to the list
about this once and tried what everyone told me to no avail then the result is I
only have ONE SCSI device AND ONE SCSI UW, the other night I was lucky enough
to make the 2GB SCSI drive work after an hour of changing jumpers and order.

Anyway does anyone has this download they can send it to me, I downloaded one
from the "older software" in Apple (it was nowhere in sight in the website)
that had exactly the same name as the OS X shows but its telling me "You do
not have any flashable cards installed" I suppose I downloaded the wrong thing,
it is called "MacOS X SCSICard Updater.smi", located here:
http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Ma
cintosh/System/Mac_OS_X/MacOS_X_SCSICard_Updater.smi.bin
can someone please direct me to the right thing? Or send me the right
donwload, thanks!!!!

Lil
