I have a 900Mhz iBook that I bought back in May. When charging, the computer runs pretty warm compared to the rest of the time, kicking on the fan.
The fan is fairly noisy. Does anyone else have a newer iBook? Is your fan fairly loud? It sounds to me like many lower end fans on a PC box. More like a chugging grind noise than a nice hum.
