You didn't say if you have upgraded the processor in your Mac to a faster G3 or a G4, if not then you are probably O.K. with the ram you have.
If you have a FAST G3 or a G4 installed then you would likely see some small benefit in the memory throughput by installing three matching sticks of PC133-222 Ram.
On PC 133-222 Ram, does the -222 indicate that it has modules on both sides so that a Beige can recognize all the Ram?
256mb PC 133 Ram is often on sale at OfficeMax for around $20 after rebates. May or not have modules on both sides. I've had both.
Is PC100 faster than PC133? If not why is PC100 so much more expensive. Either will work on a Beige providing modules are on both sides of the stick.
