Poorly, not clear enough for others to catch it, whatever, I meant no offense, several people did not understand that you meant in web browsers, I was just attempting to clarify, I got what you said, so it made sense at least to me.

You wouldn't need any software in OS X for the scroll wheel, in OS 9 you will need to download drivers specific to that mouse that should be found on the web site of the manufacturer.
