hi, got my "new" gigabit mac G4 in and it working great. I want to add a 30 GB IBM drive from my PeeCee to it and move the OSX install and my data to that drive, format my current 8.4 GB drive and install OS 9.2.2 oin the 8.4 GB drive. I don't suppose botting using the 8.4 and jsut copying everythign from the 8.4 to the 30 GB would work? and then botting using the OS 9.2 cd and formatting the 8.4 and installing OS9.2 onto it?
I am really a great pc tech and there really is no painless way to do this sort of thing with a pc, I'm hoping there will be a way with my mac ;-) -Joe ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the internet in years - Juno SpeedBand!
