They are just offering Gimp and OpenOffice (OpenOffice.org). Both can be downloaded and installed for free, though Gimp will take a little work.

OpenOffice.org is a much easier install. IIRC they have an install script that does all the work for you.

For either of these, you'll want to download and install Apple's X11 package first.

Personally, I'm loathe to pay anyone for something I can do for free (assuming I have the time and know-how).
