Hello all, I am still having problems with my G3 7100/240. The hard drive has completely disappeared from the desktop, even using Norton or OS 8.6 as start up disks. I am now at a complete loss.
Bear in mind that this is a the original paltry little 160 MB HD and it was running OS 8.1 until I decided to upgrade to 8.6. Never got the chance, the hard disk vanished when I restarted and held down the "C" key. Ideas, suggestion, prayers!! This is my 5 year olds Jumpstart computer.
