I got some 1-2x CDRWs when I bought an Iomega ZipCD 650 USB drive years ago. I've used the disks over and over with no problems at all. They have only ever formatted to 600 MBs, but I ain't complaining. If you have 9.1 or X, try using the
Finder to erase the disks.


If you're burning a VCD, a CD-R would probably be a better idea anyway.
