Knowledge Base is -- for me -- difficult to find. Anyone know how to get to the knowledge base?

Apple DVD Player 2.7 or 3.1.1 on my Beige. I have a patch to use on the 2.7 app but can't get it installed. Installer won't let me.
Don't waste time on 3.1.1. DVD player 3.0 and up, require built in firewire as part of their systems test architecture, and will not install on a Mac without, built in firewire. There is a good explanation in the KB.
