I'm about to upgrade from an Icebook to a new 12in PB G4, and was thinking of using CCC or Psync, etc to copy the system in Target Disk mode. My question is, will the current system have everything needed for the new machine, or are different components installed for each machine?
I saw a thread on this a while back and I think it said it will be fine, but I just want to make sure.
The new 12' PB g4's are coming with 10.2.7 installed. the solution is to upgrade the Icebook up to 10.2.8 and then using CCC...
