Can someone give me a quick idea of how to tweak the Beige motherboard's jumpers to get the best performance out of this? I'd like to get as close to the 350MHz rating as I can, but I have no idea how stable the various high bus speeds are likely to be. I'd hate to sell off a slightly dodgy machine to anyone.

Just play around with the settings. From reports I have heard, the most stable is where the bus clock is set to 66 MHz. It should be stable at 366MHz. See how far you can push it and disclose all facts to the buyer. For example:
Beige G3 with a 350 G3 zif from a B&W. Running fine at 366MHz, tested stable up to 433MHz with no problems
But make sure you tell the buyer what the CPU is.
