Yes you can without a hitch.

Oh I forgot this as well. If the processor on the board you want to use was 300 Mhz as well then you have nothing to worry about. If the processor you are putting into the new board is not the same speed then you will have to set jumpers to adjust the motherboard speed to match that of the Zif 300 MHz processor.
