Thats great Bruce really put me on the way to sorting that problem one minor
glitch though. I have changed usernames short and long in Netinfo Manager
(easy when you know how) however when I log into the terminal and try to mv
the home directory from michael to berni I am not authorised to make the
change.
I tried to sudo it but it said the user berni is not in the sudoers group. How do I add berni to this group?
berni has to be marked as an Administrative user in the Users control panel, which you'll have to do as an Admin user. I sure hope you didn't eliminate your only admin user....
