John, I don't know you from Adam, so don't take this personally. Many people on this list have written me to say that they not only appreciate the unbuffered tone, but found my comments hilarious. Pardon me, but I'm responding to an arrogance that seems to assume a "right" way to select, buy, and use a Mac. *That* tone is annoying, and given the right mood, I'm gonna say what I please. If I worried about every person who felt annoyed or offended by me, well, life would be boring. As for German music and tone, I am not impressed. I like all music and all tones. It depends on my mood. As do your responses.
Abrasive is not a bad thing.
