I got so pissed off at the local schools for chucking the Apple IIs. They were purchased for teaching typing and they did that. Now no one teaches typing.
Meanwhile, wandering around the local Nazarene College a year or so ago, I noted that there are still a couple of Apple IIs hooked up to lab equipment.
Hey the old machines still do what they were supposed to do, but I want a sawtooth that has a built-in SCSI port and I want it for $89. You can't always get what you want.
