Bummer. Airport can be squirrly sometimes. Well, keep calling them. If 
the first person you talk to can't figure it out, ask to speak to a 
"product specialist." They will send you up the chain to someone who 
knows more about it. Beyond that, there are product engineers, if it 
gets really hairy...
