Some of you may know that the FTP server in Jaguar is broken. (You can't limit a user's access to their home directory and subfolders only. It's a chroot thing.)

Does anyone know if that has been fixed in Panther? That alone would make the price of an upgrade worthwhile to me.

By the way, does Apple have a special upgrade price from Jaguar to Panther? Just wondering if I'm ever going to able to use those 3 coupons that came with Jag.
