I've gotta agree with Kris and Andy on this. I've got a G4 Sawtooth/450 w/32meg AGP ATI video card driving a CRT Studio Display and since installing 10.2.8 I've had four - count 'em four - complete freezes. Prior to this I have only had one freeze ever. Mine hasn't frozen during a screen effect yet (but I use pictures), but has frozen twice on Shockwave.com when my son was trying to play a game and once or twice playing a Quicktime movie. Like Andy, my freezes wouldn't happen immediately, but only after a few seconds of playing. Interestingly, my iMac G3/500 at work is also upgraded to 10.2.8 and doesn't exhibit any of these symptoms. If anyone figures out a solution, please post it to the group! Thanks -
