Cheap eMac Wi-Fi

What is the cheapest way to make a wireless connection from an eMac 
to the neighbors wireless broadband connection?  (Apple has 
periodically had refurbed eMac800s w/o modem for $529).  These take 
an expensive ($100) airport extreme card.   I would rather have a 
cheaper solution with access to an antenna port.   (I can find very 
little out there written about the eMac.)   Q: Are there any wi-fi 
routers that can switch to bridge mode?  (I think the airport can). 
Maybe use the router as a bridge?
